We provide 3 Tiers Managed Maintenance Support incl. Security MDR with Optional Advance Security Hyper Detect.
• Basic: Personal Home Businesses requiring setup and maintenance incl. MDR security checks.
• Advance: SMB Risk Management providing system support & maintenance, backups incl. MDR security checks + more
• Premium: SMB Domain Terminal Data Servers support & maintenance, backups incl. hyper detect security + more
Unattended Servers will require Authorized Protocols.
Any additional Services are charge at our Hourly Service Rates.
